Rain, Rain go away!

Well this weather has been a total bummer on our plans this weekend. I had to reschedule all the photo shoots! I was so bummed about it too, I have been looking forward to doing them all week! Thank goodness I have the best clients! All of them were very understanding and agreed better weather would give better pictures! I can't wait for next weekend when I get to have sessions with Monica and her fiance and also with Ann and her family. Hopefully the weather will be brighter than it was today and yesterday!

Even though the weather was gloomy all weekend, I fortunately have a great husband! We spent Saturday afternoon in Bardstown exploring. I have posted a couple of the pictures to show what we found.... And of course, we couldn't go somewhere without shopping! We were able to find an antique china cabinet at one of the local antique malls to add to our new house. Hope you all enjoy the pictures, and lets pray for some better weather this week!!

Another wedding booked!

Hi Everyone!
Today I met with Casey and Julia. What a wonderful couple! We booked their photography session for their wedding in November. I only spoke with them for a short time to discuss their wedding, but what I saw, they were so nice and very much in love! It sounds like they are going to have a big wedding, so I'm really excited to be a part of it! So stay tuned for their pictures later on this year! Thanks Julia and Casey!

I'm really excited about next weekend! I have an engagement photo session with Monica on Saturday and another one with Amanda on Sunday. I'm so excited for both these shoots because both girls are super nice and both places we are shooting are going to be beautiful! I also get the privilage for a photo session with Ann and her family on saturday. I'm really excited about this one too, because I love doing family photo shoots, especially with younger children. I'm also doing another session with Julie and sweet little Maddie next tuesday. Maddie is the little cutie I have posted on my site with the tutu. She was the best model and on tuesday I get to do her easter pictures! Stay tuned for samples from each shoot!

Spain

Here are some pictures I took when I went to Spain. I traveled there with one of my very best friends. She invited me only a few weeks before she was going and I took the offer, knowing it was a once in a lifetime opportunity! Now my dear friend Leslie lives there!

This is one of my favorite pictures ever. It was taken with my little digital camera (the kind you bring on vacation) But it makes me feel good when I see couples that have been together for so long and are still so happy.

Philly + Lola + Lucy

My husband and I don't have children yet, but we do have three dogs, which we consider our children. Yes, we're that annoying couple that treats their dogs like babies! I love taking pictures of my pups, because it cracks me up when I look at them later and see how each picture has captured their personality....

Lynn + Matt

I loved shooting Lynn and Matt's wedding. The couple and their bridal party were very casual which made for a relaxed and extremely fun wedding. In these images, you can really see how much these two love each other and how happy they are.
